From being a 15 year old child, his father died with disease and hopes. So that’s when his real journey began.
First doing different types of jobs, he was not in stable mind to continue that work for rest of the life. But in 1985 when he stepped in to Hospitality industry, he had confirmed to be a hotelier for entire life with proper etiquettes, mainly ethics, respect, discipline and a very précised focus.
In this industry he first started the career with a very small job as a Kitchen Supervisor. Being a Kitchen Supervisor he always noticed the chef, preparing various types of food dish, ingredients, mise-en-place, all the all the equipments & their uses, etc, with which he had gain all the knowledge of dishes there in the menu and even special dishes made for special guests. He has served to many highly known politicians, famous celebrities, international cricketers and many more famous personalities such as Narendra Modi, . Having a proper full pack theoretical knowledge, he sometimes even took the chef’s duty in chef’s absence by which there was a perfect hard practice to Sumer up the production department.
Having the knowledge of menu he got shifted to restaurant as a restaurant captain and with a calm heart and smiling face he had a very good ability to handle customers while entering to the restaurant, taking orders as per understanding the customer’s taste & till the billing period. He never failed to get a tip for his waiters working under him.
Having a perfect nature with the customers, he then joined Reception as a Front Officer. He covered entire reception related duties in his mind and understood all the systems of tariffs, discounts and convincing customer to have a stay with the hotel and he always gave the 100% what he committed to the guest while the first impression and made the customer satisfied. From his time in reception, he made almost repeated customers to the hotel.
After gaining Production, Restaurant & Reception knowledge he didn’t even left housekeeping department as then he got appointed as the housekeeping supervisor. He got a very clear image of the role of housekeeping department from having different equipments to service and cleaning he cleared understanding that job.
After seeing all the perhaps of the departments working for 7 years, he finally got an opportunity to work as a General Manager in the hotel. Then he got expertise in his field with wide practical experience.
